Alex Elmsley was a programmer by profession. His passion was magic, especially card magic. Over the course of his life, he devised dozens of tricks and techniques that are still used by magicians today. Perhaps Elmsley’s best-known technique is the “Ghost Count,” which, however, was named after its creator as the “Elmsley Count.”

Elmsley Count - You’ll learn this now-legendary technique exactly as Elmsley himself devised it.

The Four Card Trick - You start with four blank cards. One turns into a Joker. You then test the spectator’s attention, asking them to keep track of where the Joker is. However, it keeps changing places with the blank cards. What’s more, at the end, it turns out that the Joker has a different back design than the other cards!
