Together they created a deck that satisfies all Richard's requirements - Bicycle Gold Standard. These cards are praised for their excellent feel and handling. Many say it might be the best Bicycle deck.
Gold Standards are the only Bicycle Rider Back cards that use Casino (Bee, Premium) stock. Thanks to that they are very durable and can withstand hours of practice and performing.
Bicycle Gold Standards are traditionally cut - from faces to backs. Cards are therefore perfect for anyone who plans to use them on a table.
Magicians will also appreciate identical jokers and a blank face card.
