Product detailed description
The name of Sons of Liberty is connected to two important organizations in US history. The first one was fighting for the rights of the colonies and against taxes imposed by the British government. The second one, which is the subject of these cards, fought for independence of the original 13 colonies and played a major part in the separation from the Brits.
The Sons of Liberty deck is full of symbols used by the group - the Tree Of Liberty or symbols used by Freemasonry, as an example. The whole design is stylized to the 18th century.
The cards were printed by the United States Playing Card Company on a crushed Premium stock.
