You show the spectators a card box with holes. You take a folded playing card and push it through the holes. The spectators can pull the card to feel that it is really going through the box.

You then pull the card out and drop the box in one of your spectator’s hands. It is surprisingly heavy. When they open the box, they find a solid metal block!
