Eames "Starburst" Playing Cards

Charles and Ray Eames were designers whose work included furniture, architecture, paintings, and much more. They helped form modern architecture with their unique work. In collaboration with Eames Office, Art of Play pays homage to this great couple with Eames Playing Cards.
The tuck box is inspired by the entrance of the Eames House in Los Angeles. The back design features the logo of Eames Office. All cards are marked on their faces with a line of a length proportionate to their value, paying tribute to Eameses’ film “Powers of Ten.” The court cards represent the love Eameses’ held for elemental geometrical shapes.
