You hand your spectator a box and a cube with different colors on all six sides. You then turn around and let the spectator pick a color on the cube, put the cube inside the box with the said color facing upwards, and close the cube in the box.
As you turn back and take the box from your spectator, you can immediately tell the correct color the spectator has picked!
