The Butterfly Deck for Everyday Use

They feature the Butterfly Playing Cards design surrounded by a white border. The bordered decks are still the preferred choice of many magicians, as they help with effects involving turned-over cards and hide multiple lifts, among other benefits.
The Butterfly Workers feature an easy-to-read marking system in all four corners of the back design. They also have a one-way back design, a useful feature for many magic effects.
The decks come with a nearly 30-minute tutorial with an explanation of the marking system and a few ideas on how to use the deck.

Your First Butterfly Deck

What are the features?
- To put it simply, you know the position of every single card in a deck at any time with the marked borderless Butterfly cards.
- You can cut to any card called for by your spectator immediately after they have shuffled the deck, without having to look at the faces.
- You can name a card, or even multiple cards, taken out of the deck by your spectator.

The Refills
Even though we take great pride in the quality of our playing cards, thanks to Cartamundi’s combination of stock and finish used for the Third Edition Butterflies, the cards are still made of paper and will get damaged over time and with use.
You can get the Butterfly Refills to replace your old deck(s). They are the same exact cards as the Original 3rd Edition decks. The only difference is that the Refills do not include the tutorial.
We offer these in packs of six and twelve, and you can get them as low as 8.3 EUR per deck when you get the set of twelve.
Seasons Marked Decks
In 2022, we released a marked borderless version of the Butterfly Playing Cards Seasons decks. It is a series of four decks representing the colors of the four seasons - spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
The custom colors appear even on the faces of the cards - the court cards, Aces, and Jokers - matching their respective back designs.
They have the same features as the red and blue Third Edition Butterflies, but include a short tutorial that explains only the marking system, not the magic effects.
These colorful decks are a great addition to the Butterfly lineup and can brighten up your shows.
