You show three cards to your spectator - two black cards and one red Ace. The spectator’s task is to correctly tell the red Ace's position. But they are unable to do so!

So, for the final phase, you try to make it easier for the spectator and only use one black card and the red Ace. Just when they think they finally got it right, you prove them wrong. The red Ace is no longer in your hands. It changed places with the previously put-aside black card!
