Shipping within the EU
If you want to be sure your package arrives in time for Christmas, please select any of the courier services: DPD Private, FedEx, or DHL.
The closer we get to Christmas, the more the delivery companies will be overloaded with packages. Beginning the week of December 8, 2025, the safest choices are FedEx International Connect Plus, FedEx International Priority, and DHL Express. They are slightly more expensive, but very reliable and fast.
Beginning the week of December 15, 2025, the only services capable of delivery before Christmas are FedEx International Priority and DHL Express. Both are express courier services. They are slightly more expensive, but very reliable and fast.
We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after Sunday, December 14, 2025.
Shipping outside the EU

Shipping to the US
As of August 29, 2025, all packages shipped into the US are subject to customs fees (15%) and import taxes (depending on your state).
We use FedEx and DHL for shipping to the US. Both are courier services. There are no delays in the delivery.
Here are the usual delivery times:
- FedEx International Connect Plus - 5 to 10 days
- FedEx International Priority - 2 to 4 days
- DHL Express - 2 to 4 days
- If your order meets the 200 EUR threshold for free shipping, it will be shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus.
Before receiving your order, you will be contacted directly by the delivery company to disclose details about your order (package). When you learn that your order has been shipped, please check your email regularly so you don't miss the message from the delivery company. They have short wait times for responses, and the package could be returned to us if you don't contact them back.
