    Shipping to the US

    As of August 29, 2025, all packages shipped into the US are subject to customs fees (15%) and import taxes (depending on your state).

    We use FedEx and DHL for shipping to the US. Both are courier services. There are no delays in the delivery.

    Here are the usual delivery times:

    • FedEx International Connect Plus - 5 to 10 days
    • FedEx International Priority - 2 to 4 days
    • DHL Express - 2 to 4 days
    • If your order meets the 200 EUR threshold for free shipping, it will be shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus.

    Before receiving your order, you will be contacted directly by the delivery company to disclose details about your order (package). When you learn that your order has been shipped, please check your email regularly so you don't miss the message from the delivery company. They have short wait times for responses, and the package could be returned to us if you don't contact them back.
